Español: La insistencia de la hija de Adela en ser parte de Girl Scouts ha creado oportunidades para la familia entera. Una vez que inscribió a sus hijas, Adela decidió participar como voluntaria. Al comienzo se sintió intimidada por el idioma Ingles, pero cuando comenzó a trabajar con las niñas, se dio cuenta que hay mucho apoyo dentro de la familia Girl Scouts y de que ella puede hacer la diferencia en la vida de muchas niñas. Adela es ahora una comprometida y dedicada voluntaria que invita a otros a hacer la diferencia.
English: Adela's daughter's insistence in becoming a Girl Scout has created opportunities for her entire family. Once her daughters joined, she considered becoming a Girl Scout volunteer. Initially she felt intimidated by her English fluency, but as she started working with girls she realized that there is plenty of support within the Girl Scout family so she can focus on making a difference in Girls lives. Adela is now a committed and dedicated Girl Scout volunteer that invites others to help her make a difference.
