Name the Activity Building Contest Rules
GSSEM will present one (1) $50.00 gift card to GSSEM's council shops (all Council shop locations) to one (1) winner of the Name the Activity Building at Camp Hawthorn Hollow contest.
The contest runs Wednesday, April 1, 2020 through Friday, April 17, 2020. All entries must be submitted using the online entry form only. Entries submitted via GSSEM's social media channels or email won't be accepted. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on Friday, April 17, 2020.
- The contest is open to all registered GSSEM adult and girl members. One entry per person is allowed.
- Entrants can submit up to three (3) potential names of up to 150 characters.
- Each proposed activity building name entered must not exceed three (3) words.
All entries will be collected and submitted to GSSEM's Girl Advisory Board (GAB), who will select four (4) finalists. The GSSEM Board of Directors Property Task Team will select the winning name for the new activity building at Camp Hawthorn Hollow. The Property Task Team reserves the right to reject any or all of the finalists submitted by the GAB if the names are deemed inappropriate or unacceptable for any reason.
Winners will be announced on GSSEM's social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) by 11:59 pm on Sunday, May 17, 2020. The prize will be mailed to the winner by June 30, 2020.
