Lillian Brunson is an active member of her community. Not only was
she a Girl Scout herself but was a leader for her daughter and
granddaughter’s troops. Ms. Brunson was a teacher in the Darlington
County School District for over thirty years. Over these years, she
worked hard to help her students and she dedication can be seen in her
accolades, including several Teacher of the Year. As well as teaching
school, Ms Brunson has been a swimming instructor for over forty-five
years. As a mother, a leader, and a mentor, Lillian Brunson has
dedicated her love and life into her community.
